#MOSS TRIUMPH TR3A MANUAL#
The 1,991cc inline-four is backed by a synchronized 4-speed manual transmission sourced from a TR4. Approximately 32k miles are shown, with about 15k being added by the seller. The amperage gauge was replaced in preparation for sale. The seller reports that wiring repairs were performed last year, and a heavy-duty headlight relay was fitted. The seller added a wood-rimmed steering wheel with padded horn button, as well as a wooden dash fascia and glovebox door. The cabin features black upholstery with matching carpets, and an aftermarket arm rest with cupholder is fitted to the center tunnel. A set of round fender mirrors are fitted. The car retains factory tail lamps and sealed-beam headlights. The seller installed a set of silver-painted Moss Motors wire wheels with new tires in 2014. A convertible top and side curtains are included and shown in the gallery, though per the seller the top was not used during his ten year ownership. Additional bodywork in 2018 included rust repair, the application of catalyzed primer, and a repaint with a 2-stage urethane product and clear-coat. The seller states the car was backed into shortly after his purchase, and subsequent work included fitting an early TR nose with a smaller grille opening and a louvered hood. This TR3A is now offered with a Massachusetts title in the seller’s name. The car was purchased by the seller ten years ago, and work in their care included the fitment of an early nose panel and louvered hood, a repaint, new front brakes, electrical work, and more as described in the listing. This 1959 Triumph TR3A is powered by a 1,991cc inline-four backed by a synchronized 4-speed manual and finished in red over a black interior.
